Pork Loin – The traditional pork roast with good old fashioned crispy crackling. Succulent and tender and full of flavour.
Our pork roasts are tender and tasty which we believe is mostly down to the way we rear and treat our animals.
Sold as a minimum 1Kg joint, to serve 3-4 people or a larger 1.5 Kg joint, ideal if your entertaining 5 - 6 people, the 2Kg joint will serve more, but we guarantee you won’t waste it as everyone will come back for more.
Crackling Heaven
To get the perfect crackling , rub with a little sea salt prior to going into a hot oven fro 20 minutes, then turn down and cook as normal.
