From our own pigs reared on the farm and allowed to live freely. Our animals are bred to produce flavour not yield and that’s what makes the difference. There is a good fat content in our pork that imparts flavour to the meat when cooking. The taste is how we remember pork used to be and we’re proud of the tradition we have of producing quality in our meat.
